Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026

1. Overview

All Marine Motors Inc. ships marine engines, parts, and related products to customers after stock, configuration, and shipping arrangements are confirmed. Shipping method and cost depend on the product (parcel vs freight), destination, and carrier options available at the time of the order.

For shipping questions before you buy: Contact@allmarinemotors.com · +1 (872) 293-4196

2. Where we ship

We ship within the United States and worldwide.

We do not guarantee that every product can be shipped to every destination. Export controls, carrier limits, and product size/weight can block a shipment even if other products ship to the same country. Confirm destination eligibility with us before you order for international or freight moves.

3. How shipping is calculated

Shipping is not a single flat rate for all marine engines.

Shipping is always quoted. Contact us for a rate before or after you order — we do not rely on a single automatic checkout shipping price for engines and freight.

We do not publish a free-shipping promise in this policy. Any promotion will be stated separately in writing or on the applicable offer.

4. Order processing / lead time before carrier pickup

Processing and ship timing vary by product, stock, payment clearance, and destination — ask us for an estimate on your order. We do not guarantee a fixed process-and-send window.

Special-order, back-ordered, or manufacturer-drop-ship items may take longer. High-value engines may ship only after deposit/payment clearance and configuration confirmation (see our Terms and Conditions).

5. Carriers and service levels

Carriers vary by shipment and are confirmed when we quote your order (parcel carriers, freight brokers, and forwarders as needed). Customer pickup at our Los Angeles address may be available by appointment only — ask us before relying on pickup.

Transit time after handover to the carrier is controlled by the carrier and destination conditions. Published carrier transit maps are estimates, not guarantees from All Marine unless a written guarantee is separately agreed.

6. Oversized, freight, and marine crates

Marine engines and drives often require:

  • freight / LTL / white-glove arrangements;
  • pallet or crate packaging;
  • liftgate, appointment delivery, or forklift at destination;
  • adult signature / business receiving hours.

Customers must provide a receiving address that can accept the shipment size and weight. Residential delivery of freight may incur extra carrier fees. Packaging and destination-receive arrangements are confirmed in your quote.

7. International shipping, duties, and documents

International shipments may require commercial invoices, HS codes, and import permits.

The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance unless a written quote from All Marine says otherwise.

Denied or delayed customs clearance is outside All Marine’s control once the shipment has been exported under the agreed terms.

8. Multiple packages

Multiple items on one order may ship in separate packages. Tracking is provided per package when the carrier issues it.

9. Boat shipping

Boat shipping, when offered, is case-by-case and quoted based on type, size, and destination. Contact us to arrange logistics.

10. Address accuracy, tracking, and delivery issues

  • Provide a complete, correct shipping address and phone number for carrier appointments.
  • Tracking is provided when the carrier issues it (account Order History and/or email as applicable).
  • If an address must change before shipment, contact support immediately at Contact@allmarinemotors.com or +1 (872) 293-4196.
  • Address-correction or failed-delivery fees caused by an incorrect address you supplied are your responsibility.

Damaged-on-arrival claims: keep packaging, photograph damage, and contact us promptly (see our Returns and Refunds Policy). Carrier claim windows can be short.

11. Risk of loss

Unless a written quote states otherwise, risk of loss passes when the shipment is handed to the carrier for transport.
